My’Esha was outstanding,. She made the process a so easy I’m not sure I would have considered the refi. IF it wasn’t for her. I was able to voice my concerns with her and she handled my issues or pointed me into the right direction. Her overall knowledge and willingness to help was far beyond any service I have ever received. More communication during process, I never received confirmation emails of questions I had. Also when It’s time for Notary I was never informed that docs were sent to them except by Notary themselves and almost canceled my appointment.

From the beginning when I talked with the loan officer, they explained all the loans and helped me decide which loan would be best for me. Everything went exactly as it had been explained to me and we were able to close on time. Simplest home loan process that I have ever had.
