The process was seamless. Very easy to work with PennyMac.
My’Esha was outstanding,. She made the process a so easy I’m not sure I would have considered the refi. IF it wasn’t for her. I was able to voice my concerns with her and she handled my issues or pointed me into the right direction. Her overall knowledge and willingness to help was far beyond any service I have ever received. There aren’t to many employees left in the work field Like her and go beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer. Her impression made me a PennyMac customer for life.
