Such an easy and great experience. I expressed my wants and desires and was giving options that responded. I got a weekly phone call giving me an update. Refinancing was so much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you!
Overall the process was great. A few hiccups, but were resolved quickly. Penny Mac exceeded my expectations
Everyone was professional throughout this whole process
Bad communication Throughout the loan. By down on ending loan was not communicated. Information on ending loan was not accurate. Began with a different loan officer and transferred to another. Loan officer was not professional. Had to ask for the manager to continue loan. Do not recommend !

Both Michael Henry and Deion Smith were amazing! From start to finish, initial refinancing inquiry to closing, I had zero issues and feel completely satisfied. Thank you both so much and thank you to everyone who helped this process go smoothly. It is very much noticed and appreciated.
