Slow but efficient...Good reps and did what they said they would do.
We recently refinanced our home. The experience was a pleasant one with PennyMac and the myMacteam and especially Carlton Blood. He was very patient with us. We had a lot of questions and he answered everyone so that we can understand. He was extremely knowledgeable of the whole process. He was also very faithful to get back in touch with me When I would leave a voicemail or an email.
The process was easy from the get go. The team was easy to work with, very accessible, and always eager to answer my questions. Thank you for everything.
Everyone involved was very easy to work with and they conducted theirselves in a professional and courteous manner.

My loan officer was awesome but I was never able to reach my loan processor. The random processors I did talk to were very helpful. In the last 3-4 weeks of my refi every time I would call the given phone number I would get directed to Amy Walker's voice mail or get a message the the person at extension 4125 was not available. Not once did I ever receive an email or phone call response to a question I had from my assigned loan processor.
We were impressed with Mr. Deon Smith as will as all the Penny Mac personnel. Everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered promptly. The time schedule for various aspects of the Refinance were very accurate down to the closing. I would recommend Mr. Smith to our friends as well as Penny Mac of course. We have closed and are quite happy with the whole experience
PennyMac Loan officer was very easy to make the refinance a pleasant experience.
Great team to work with. Answered my questions and I still got a huge discount basically two months in advance!
