We were impressed with Mr. Deon Smith as will as all the Penny Mac personnel. Everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered promptly. The time schedule for various aspects of the Refinance were very accurate down to the closing. I would recommend Mr. Smith to our friends as well as Penny Mac of course. We have closed and are quite happy with the whole experience

I had to restart the whole process because the first loan went into the ether. No one would return my phone calls. Poor job, no follow up.
