Very professional, time lines were met, communication was clear and timely. The few questions were answered immediately.

Getting in touch with our loan officer was difficult along with how long it took us to finally close was ridiculous.
I was never assigned a loan process specialist in the beginning. I constantly had to call in to get the information I needed, and updates on my refinance. I’m Happy with my loan officer and my refinance rate. Other than that, I wouldn’t say it was a very smooth process as it should have been.
The loan processing specialist can improve the customer experience by acting with a sense of urgency, being accountable, meeting the customer expectations, and providing accurate documents in a timely fashion.
