My personal loan agent, Jason Pliska was the BEST in the beginning of the process. As the loan was moved into the next process, it was ok service, not as personalized but still good and they returned my phone calls and emails fairly on time. Thanks for a great streamline, Jason! YOU ARE THE BEST!

I was never assigned a loan process specialist in the beginning. I constantly had to call in to get the information I needed, and updates on my refinance. I’m Happy with my loan officer and my refinance rate. Other than that, I wouldn’t say it was a very smooth process as it should have been.
