told no closing cost , after signing docs had to pay $460. not what i was told , said no out of pocket, was very upset.......
Accepting my calls if needed would make a big difference. I tried calling multiple times prior to the 2 different dates that we set for closing, no way I could reach someone. The first closing fell through not at our fault. not sure a fee applied. I couldn't reach anyone until the next Monday. The calling trouble happened to me again on my second closing date. Then I found that your calling system "blocked" my cell number because it recognized it. I was able to reach someone with my work phone.
Very easy process to refinance our home. Great communication and professionalism from the Penny Mac team. Would highly recommend!
