Josh- I hope this helps alleviate any confusion. My name is on the contract, and assuming the only female ever in your system under Bry. Logan was the one that started this process at your dealership. Claude was the last to not help me. Hope that helps to find my information. Last year I came in several times stating my top had several tears in it - my initial service rep stated looked like something I had done and did not think Ford would cover it. When he put it in to Ford he stated that in his notes (Ford can give ... read more

Avoid this dealership at all costs, especially David & Jason, the sales managers. They employ undertrained front desk sales representatives to scour classified vehicle listings, promising sellers they will purchase the vehicle close to or at the asking price. I spoke with management, who confirmed everything. However, when you show up, they completely retract the offer at the last second to secure the vehicle at below wholesale rates, even after speaking to multiple people to confirm and arrange everything. Extremely shady a... read more

I purchased a 2021 Ford F250 4x4 with the 6.7 power stroke in April of 2021. The factory ford battery exploded on 12/29/2023 and sent acid all over the engine bay and caused the check engine light to come on. I scheduled an appointment with Peoria Ford and dropped it off on 1/4/2024 . The service advisor called me on 1/5/2024 and told me that the EGR is bad due to the battery acid and that Ford will not cover it under warranty because the battery had over 36,000 miles on it. I told them to go ahead and fix the truck because ... read more

Update-- wow this is the response after your manager came out to the parking lot and told us we agreed to buy a truck that was suppose to be new but had 2 ,000 miles in it because it was not registered. I guess mgmt doesn't talk to one another or deny their actions. The actual truck was the same model and accessories with a price of $35750 and this dealership was scolding us about how it was a great deal for $44,000 and how they were losing $5000 for a used 2023 . Amazing, buy be very beware!

Brought our car in on a Tuesday at 7:00 am for warranty work and recall items. My husband called each day to follow up. On the 2nd day he said the warranty work on the transmission leak was fixed but they hadn't done the recall work yet. On the 3rd day (now Thursday) my husband called. Got VM. Asked for a return call. Never received a call. Finally, Friday morning, my husband called again, got VM, said we're picking up the car at 10:00. We are now standing here trying to figure how to get our car back and where to go... read more

Last year my fiance and I decided to trade in both our vehicles that were working but not really family vehicles for a more newer and family like vehicle. We purchased a 2018 Jeep. We were told that they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and everything was working perfectly. 3 weeks after we bought the vehicle we had to get an oil change because you know they don't do when they sell used cars. 6 months later we had to purchase a new battery because they also don't do that. Then a month later our vehicle was done. We c... read more

When I called they told me they'd need my car for a week just to determine the problem. Took it to Sanderson Ford & got an answer the same day.

I got my car from Peoria Ford and had a great experience, this was 4.5 months ago. Almost 2 weeks ago I took it back for service, my rear seatbelts stopped working and we're stuck. They had my car for almost 2 weeks before I had enough took my dad with me and then told that my parts were on back order because of a union strike, so I was out of a car unable to work or get my kids to school. Only to be told it would cost me over 1k$ for the parts and labor. This is a safety issue and should be covered but it wasn't. And I have... read more

I was judged and was basically told I couldn't afford a vehicle the finance manager was rude and disrespectful saying I couldn't afford anything without knowing my actual credit and the sales guy was lazy and very unexperienced customer service with both of employees was the worst experience I ever had I do not recommend this place for know one it should just close down!!!!
