Follow up. I tried to contact Michael England several times since I posted this review. No callback. They got their money they don't care about their ratings or reviews. As far as this response from the screen name Josh S. It's another ploy to make it look like they care but don't. I called Beverly Woodhull, Customer Relations Director as he suggested just like Michael England I never got a call back. BUYER BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AS FAR AS YOU CAN.

March 2024. I bought an Escape last month. I also bought some new black badging for the tailgate from Ford. Would you be able to take off the chrome badging and put the black ones on? "Sure, we'll need to keep the car for 4 days" Also March 2024. There's a rattling noise coming from the subwoofer in the back (with music off) that I've verified. I'm dealing with Mason in sales right now and I'm trying to buy a truck despite the reviews. My ratings will be determine by the out come and my experience with the dealership today. I got approved at another dealership for a more expensive truck and these guys seem a little shady so far.....I will continue to post later.

The only reason they get a one is I cannot give any less than that. We took our 2018 Ford focus to the service department for check engine light. The dealer came back service manager with over $2000 worth of work and repairs before they would even look at the check engine light. we took the car to Sanderson Ford they plugged in the computer told us exactly what was wrong with the car fixed the check engine light which is exactly what Peoria Ford should've done not recommend $2000 worth of work and not even do what the car wa... read more

Completely unprofessional, and unable to honor their deals, I drove off the lot approved and was called back 2 weeks later unable to get approval. Now they want to charge me more than I signed for, when I had the car for 2 weeks. completely unprofessional and I feel taken advantage of, this is exactly why people do not buy cars anymore!

Stay away. Incredibly poor customer service. Jonathan Stewart will not keep his word. I have tried to purchase 3 vehicles from Peoria Ford. All of which I have had to order. (2 Broncos and 1 Maverick). All of which increased in price substantially more than the Quotes I was given when ordering. The last one Jonathan even assured me Ford would rebate the difference to keep whole. Most recently now I have to speak with the GM Pat Hickey to try and resolve: I can't trust Peoria Ford. They were nice and respectful when selling to. Trying to get ahold of anyone after the fact now is like pulling teeth. You just keep getting passed around the phone lines till the person that can take care of you "isn't available". I bought over 6 months ago and still can't get ahold of anyone despite calling and leaving messages with multiple people.
