Well I only went in for an oil change for my truck. But when my wife took her car in we dropped it of for diagnostics. Friday around noon. Told them to take there time after 3 days we decided to call and they said they didn't know where my wife's car was or ticket. So after no hearing from them we call agin and they had lost the car and never worked on it. So long story short after a week they lost our car and then tried to sell us a bunch of unnecessary stuff.
The service department lied and said the work had been completed. Nothing was done to the car. One of the employees was so stoned he was unable to put a price of paper in the plastic bag. Untrustworthy, worst car lot I have ever been to. Too bad 0 stars is not an option.

They left both battery terminals loose. So much so the car acted like it had a dead battery. They also didn't fill my coolant tank causing my car to overheat.
Stressful, got pressured into buying a higher cost car, they insisted rolling over 2 grand onto a new loan was so impossible to do, but I do not believe that's truly the case. I should have held my ground and insisted on the lower priced car. I found out the 2nd car I test drove had been sold to them 10 months prior, which gave it away that they just wanted THAT one gone. Its fine, far from perfect and I think I would have had less "sway" while driving on the freeway with the 1st car. Boo!

Was an okay experience. My only problem was when I went to pick up my vehicle, they stated the car was running like new after leaving it there for 3 days. Didn't even drive half a mile before all my issues came back on. Took the car back and they fixed the issue the following day. The least they could've done is fill up my gas tank instead of leaving it only at 30-25 miles. But that's my only complaint

Poor at best. The sales team, and service advisors are top notch, but should you need actual service don't take what you buy here, here... let's me explain. I bought a truck here in February, it's not April.. I've only had it for 2 weeks total time, they had it since trying to fix it... and its still not done correctly. I appreciate them giving me cars to drive while they have it in their shop, but when i get it back, nothing is fixed, they erase the codes but not fix the issue.
