Service department and service manager unwilling to properly diagnose and repair the issue with the drivers front seat moving forward when stopping and moving backwards when acceleration from a stop. Took my vehicle to another dealership and they immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired the drivers seat issue. Now I can safely drive my rogue. Hoping management reads this and call me.

Not good. Many not needed recommend services but no fix for check engine light. Had to take it to another mechanic to find problems!

Round 1. Set an appointment, upon arriving they said it would be 1.5 hours, for an oil change. Seemed a little ridiculous for a basic inspection on a car that had less than 4000 miles. Aside from trying to upsell me on useless services people fall for it, wasn't a terrible experience. Round 2. Had an appointment said it would be over 2 hours. My car died several times on the freeway. The first time it was a "glitch". the power was clearly failing while I was driving anywhere, but I wasn't due for a new battery yet. I didn't feel confident in the car anymore and traded it in. I'm scared of electric vehicles now.

sloppy oil change, burning smell

Very expensive for what they did. They didn't do a complete system flush (overflow tank). We still continued to have issues for a few days. They told us several other things were wrong and quoted exorbitant prices, that a second and third opinion says are not wrong with the car. We will not go back there again.

Truck went in for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my truck, I got half way home and low tire indicator was on as it was when I took it in for service. Part of the service is suppose to check tire pressure and I had to turn around and take it back to dealer. I ask the service manager if checking the tire pressure was part of the service and he said yes. Told him what the problem was and he had them take the truck back and check the tires.
