I went to Peoria Nissan because I had an issue with my car not warning me when something was coming when I backed up. Scott rudely said my car isn't equipped with a sonar system and dismissed me. I never said my car had that system. What I believe the problem is the RCTA. They said they would get back to me in a couple weeks.

Horrible customer service. Will never be back. My concerns with my brakes were blatantly ignored. Was not told my tires were not rotated even though I paid for them to be rotated. Was not given a review of what was done as part of the service and what needed to be done. Was told I needed to to have brake fluid exchange done and took it to a different location the next day who told me it wasn't necessary to have that done at this point.

The worst experience ever. I have purchased new 20 cars in the last 50 years. This one was the worst worst worst!!! To this day, and it has been 2 mos, I have no idea what I paid for the in a breakdown. What the tax was, the license tags, what I was given for my trade in. I was there 4 hours and several times I said I need to leave and think.... No no no! I bought the car. I left my old car but there was not a single moment of "happy" with the new car. I would NEVER recommend this dealership.

My check light engine keeps turning on, my air conditioner is making her very loud noise, they were glad to check it out I'm thankful for that. But could not find anything wrong so I'm driving around with my car light engine turning off and on and a big loud noise when my air conditioner is on.

Not Good, left with missing a lug nut. Left with a battery that was over 4 years old and broke down! Went and had an oil change the following day and was noted I was a qt low. FYI... service was to have my air conditioning ck was not blowing right AND a thorough ck.... my maintenance agreement was ending in 800 miles. NOT SURE WHAT THEY REALLY CHECKED ....waited over 4 hours

They "failed" my brake fluid during my "multi-point" inspection even though it had been changed 2 days prior. When I asked what was included in this inspection, the service writer said "we check the fluids". When I said if they actually did check, they would have seen that the brake fluid was new. He did not like that response, and then he went on to state that they go by mileage. Well, which is it? The dealership has changed (for the worse) since we first started buying our vehicles there. The service department now seems to be more intent on selling (overpriced) services rather than doing the right thing for the customer. We've had two recent bad experiences where we were given incorrect or misleading information. We're taking our Nissans elsewhere for service going forward.
