Went in to complete a "We Owe" provided at the time of purchase. My truck was half washed (exterior), not even touched (interior) when using the complimentary car wash with interior treatment coupon Nissan provided; debris from materials used in work order left on window and truck body itself; repairs estimated to take 2 hours, ended up taking 5 hours instead. Shouldn't have to leave the dealership needing to complete more work.

We waited 1 .5 hrs for them to check our battery. We had jump started our car twice that morning to get to the service bay.. they said battery was fine and we don't need replacement under warranty

Went in for oil change they spilled oil over the engine while filling . that is only going to collect dirt

Service and you didn't even bother to vacuum the floors. Also you said one of the wheel locks was damaged so you could not rotate the tires on the passenger side and wanted $200.00 to fix it. I went back to Discount Tire who had done the previous rotation and they were able to solve the issue and finish the rotation which they did for free. This was the most expensive service (LOF) that I ever had. Not again!!!!!!!

My car was taken in on a Saturday because I was experiencing a noise in the front the service person who drove with me heard the noise however, when the tech later drove it I was told he could not find it. I was told my car would have to stay till Monday. HORRIBLE... WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN , BOUGHT AN UPGRADED ZAKTEC SERVICE AT TIME OF PURCHASE AND WAS TOLD THEY CLEAN THE CAS AND THEN APPLIE THIS COATING ON THE CAR INSIDE AND OUT THEY NEVER CLEANED THE CAR THEIR WAS DIRT ALL OVER THE INSIDE AND EVEN A FINGER PRINT ON THE TRUNK LID WHAT A JOKE AND A RIPP OFF
