I had an appointment for 11:00 AM for an oil change. I did not leave there until 2:30 PM - no explanation until I inquired about 1:30 and then I kept getting it would be ready in 15 minutes for the next hour. I will not be going back to Peoria Nissan.

Once they have your phone number, they will call you non-stop, trying to buy your car. I have called this dealership nine different times asking them to take me off their sales list, but they continue to call me. This has been going on for over 2 years. Time to contact the Attorney General's office.

There are a lot of other used car dealers in the Valley. I would not go back to Peoria Nissan for a new Nissan or a used car My salesperson was nice and we got the deal deal done but did not disclose everything. Management was rude and un helpful

I purchased a used vehicle from Peoria Nissan because there a respected dealer not a just a little used car dealer in a bad part of town. I was told the windshield would be replaced as its cracked I havent heard back from anybody. After finalizing the deal and after 5+ hours I noticed some minor things I thought would have been fixed...radio display doesnt work , rt front fog light broke, interior map light broke. I was made to feel by the sales mang that I was SOL its a used vehicle

Ended up trading in my car and buying a used car from them. This place is very shady. They have an online tool to estimate your trade in value, then when you get there they offer you about half as what the tool states. Then they raise the cost of the car by $1,000 if you dont finance the car through them. So if you are paying cash expect to pay $1,000 more for the car. Then they state that the did a complete inspection of the car but they are unable to find the records for this inspection.
