My salesman, Matthew Skinner was wonderful. The finance person was entertaining. When he went over the Carfax, he stated the minor damage on the car was fixed. Not true. Rocker panel moldings need clips to hold the panel on and the scratch on the rear passenger quarter panel was still scratched up. Eight days after I drove the car off of the lot I had to have the air control shutter replaced for $730. I thought there was still a remainder of the 84 month warranty remaining on the car.

Well the people that sold me my car were let go a week later the parts that were suppose to be ordered never got ordered till I went in a month later. It went in for a detail clean took 3 hours and the seats were not vacuumed, came back for a detail it was sent back 4 times just to vacuum the seat and under the floor mats. It was the worst experience ever they talked to me as if I was trying to get extra. Refused to fix the locks that make noise without me paying. Not cool won't be back.

Well as usual Peoria Nissan has the paperwork wrong. Please check my service record. On December 5th I took my Frontier in for a recall on the transmission. Marcus Romero service advisor, called me that afternoon and told me they was a problem, that removing the old parts, something broke off and fell into the transmission. but not to worry they would rent me a rental car at no cost to me. I Took my brand new vehicle to the shop to have new trailer towing mirrors installed. The day I picked it up from the shop the door handle was reassembled incorrectly. I had to go back into the shop to ask the service advisor to come take a look at my truck. Upon inspection he tells me "I don't have anyone to take care of it right now". They lost our trust. Someone got careless in the maintenance bay and scratched the hood of our car, a deep scratch that exposed metal. They then tried to dismiss it as preexisting when it wasnt. They offered to fix it, brought it in for 3 hours, and didnt even fix it, they just used some kind of coloring agent to disguise it. We will never return to Peoria Nissan, and we may be done with Nissan in general as this is not the first shady experience weve had with dealer maintenance. Tire pressure was not checked, I checked this past week and they were 8 to 10 pounds low. The alignment stats were not offered to me, I had to ask for a copy. My car was not washed upon completion, I had to request a complimentary wash. It does seem to steer straight.
