Our family purchased a used car from Peoria Nissan and they kept sneaking fees in the contract that we never agreed to. To the point where they snuck an extended warranty on to a 2008 used car. That was so laughable that the bank denied the contract, forced them to remove the warranty and draw up a new contract. I loved two cars for about the same price a jeep grand Cherokee and a Nissan pathfinder I asked the guy his name was Sean but not the Shawn that was our dealer to quote me both. he said the jeep is better because he owns one. he came back asked me what my favorite song was and handed me a stick to hit a gong. i asked him what about the quotes and he said "he gave me the better quote on the jeep" thought that meant the better one come to find out he never got a quote on the pathfinder. he is rude doesn't listen to the custo... read more
2 stars.. not suprised.. 10 plus years ago i bought an Altima there.. i am needing a new vehicle now and the experience with them has left me with horrible stress on going thru the process again with any other dealer..
tried to buy a new car from them and after a weeks' worth of negotiating found out they didn't even have the car on the lot for me to buy. I also asked to see the sticker and they would not send it to me. Adam their sales manager was also quite rude when responding to our questions. Mind you we were ready to go down and buy a car from them as soon as they had the paperwork completed but after ghosting us we have decided to look elsewhere for the car.
I don't usually give bad reviews but my son bought his first truck.. He's16. We helped him obviously but the truck had a wrap on it. They had it almost two weeks to get it though emissions and inspections.. The wrap was still on it.. they said they would come to the house to remove it.. Been over two weeks and still haven't heard from their wrap guy. My son spent hours doing it himself. Then the truck was leaking. Took it in said they fixed it still leaking. We had purchased a used Armada with less then 20k miles and there was a few issues that needed to be addressed like a complete detail as the car was filthy and not ready and it had a minor shake when speeds elevated pass 60mph and of course like fools we signed as they signed a promise to complete and nothing was ever completed! Wouldn't recommend this dealership which is unfortunate you spend 50k on a car to be completely unhappy
This is one sleazy dealership. Stay away. Even if it looks like a good deal, I wouldn't trust them. I did business, bought a new vehicle from this place in 2006 and they were bad back then. Given how competitive things are now, with the internet and all, I thought maybe they may have changed. They had a used van on the lot that we were interested in. Hi, I'm a person in a tough spot. a person with bad credit, a bad trade in and still owe money on the car. I took my car into them because my Nissan was having issues. They told me I pretty much need a new car and the repairs alone would cost 10k. Wasn't such a bad visit the salesman was friendly and they had a decent car selection. The nightmare didn't start until a day later. I've had numerous phone calls and text messages from salesmen and managers and voicemails.
