I called and spoke with a staff member on 2/19 around 1800 about some weird things happening with my dog. She was so competent and helpful. We did not end up needed to bring my dog in due to an ingestion issue that would wear off. I did not get her name but would love to give her a huge THANK YOU!

My counter surfing yellow lab devoured 6 Costco poppyseed muffins. Since poppyseed are potentially toxic, Pet ER had her come in for a nice vomit. All muffins were returned lol, and the dog is back to hoovering every crumb in sight, thank you!

My sweet boy, Ben, at 12 1/2 years old, suddenly had a medical emergency yesterday. He exhibited pale gums along with a few other symptoms that made an emergency visit necessary. I live in Talkeetna and my instinct told me to go to Pet ER over a few of the places I passed on the way. This visit turned out to be his last. Buster got very good treatment 8/28/24. They were very busy and we had to wait awhile but Buster was not an emergency so the wait was fine. The staff there was great, all the way from check-in to check-out. We have been there with two other of our dogs and will continue to go back if the need arises.

Our fur baby Ella passed away at home over a weekend and the staff was so very caring and helpful. We were able to bring her to them and they made this devastating time a little bit better as the staff treated her and us with compassion and respect. They reassured us the items we had with her would be kept with her for cremation. This was our first time at the facility and thankful for them to make it as easy as possible.

We brought our older dog in after she started experiencing a sudden medical emergency. Being she was older and had been dealing with growing health issues we anticipated that at some point we’d need to make that call every pet owner dreads. That call had to be made on this visit. Our 11 y.o. Male dog all of a sudden could not use hind legs. Walked in to this clinic and a gurney is by the door. That was a game changer for me. We had nothing but kind, compassionate service. Highly recommend this clinic if your animal is in distress!

Pet emergency on Brayton drive the people there are amazing took my boy ranger in and he did so well they are awesome and highly recommend them if your pets has an emergency totally impressed
