We had to bring our dog Thor in tonight who was having some serious pain and other issues and I wanted to leave a positive review for anyone who may look at these. The staff was great, everyone including the front desk staff, vet techs and Doctor were all very professional and caring. Listened to our concerns and did what they needed to do to diagnose and help Thor with what he had going on. I had to bring my sick dog here last thursday at 3am, staff got her back quickly and I was speaking with a vet shortly after. A very stressful situation but the staff was great and made it a managable experience. I had to leave my dog for about 30 hours in their care but I felt confident she was in good hands. I was able to come in and visit her, I did call ahead to make sure there was a room available.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place is. The staff was extremely caring and considerate, especially Lynette and Dr. Amanda. They saved my baby's life, and it's because of them that I will have many happy years to come with him. Thank you so much to the staff for keeping me informed! We thought the pricing was very reasonable considering everything we had to get done. Hopefully we don't ever need to come back, but this place is a MUST for any future emergencies. Thank you thank you thank you!

We drove over an hour to take our cat here because they were the only emergency veterinarian office open at 1:00am. They were extremely helpful and immediately took our baby to the back. Within thirty minutes we spoke with the Doctor who explained to us what needed to be done. We left our baby overnight and returned the following day. The dayshift staff was pleasant and explained in great detail what we needed to do at home for her. Was not idea to drive to Anchorage, but it was a great decision. Brought my cat in for inflamed 3rd eye lids. She had been on a waitlist at another clinic here in town for 2 days. I got worried about her when I pet her, her entire head was very warm. I called this place, at the time of the call there was no one ahead of us. Got there at 6:05 p.m. and waited until 11:30 p.m. to get her seen. As I sat in the parking lot I watched several people bring in their own fur babies who had more dire needs than what my cat had. I was happy to wait (my cat not so much) to have her seen. This is now the only place open on weekends and for emergency. My vet, like others, is totally booked. We have gone here for porcupine quill removals. Last night we went for blood in the urine. Today, we are all feeling betters with medication. Sometimes there are lots of people and you have to wait hours. We had a short wait last night and I am so glad I went in.
