Everyone very nice and pet caring attitudes. Wait time like all unscheduled care visits kept to a minimum by first come first served with immediate emergency attention needs. Witnessed a friend and neighbor with a distressed older dog and I was very impressed on the recognition by staff and immediate, compassionate action taken for both pet and pet parent. For my dog all diagnostics taken and assured health condition was temporary, with on site medications and suggested diet changes.

I have waited for 3.5 hours. Everyone before me has been treated. The last folks left an hour ago. Now two emergencies have come in. I could have been seen during that hour but I was told by the receptionist that the docs and technicians were “ getting together.” I appreciate your service. You guys are great. I understand that emergencies happen and I have to watch my turn but your time management could be better.

Unfortunately, our family Great Dane had a stroke which paralyzed her from mid body and below. From the moment we arrived at PET Emergency, the staff came to our aid and comforted all of us. Dr. Sarah took over and she is simply exemplary. Her care and concern was so very visible and valued. She took the time to explain our options and what would be best for our Dane. We really didn't know what to expect when we arrived into anchorage at 830pm from Barrow. We checked in waited for 3 hrs and said we would come back in the morning. To our amazement we got there by 8am and we we're out by 10;30am. The staff was very professional and courteous and very friendly it made our time so much easier to cope with the situation we we're in with our puppy. We had to bring in our sweet dog Kalleigh after getting into some poison. She was seen immediately. I cannot express my gratitude enough for taking such good care of her. She was in great hands. Anytime we called to check on her or had any questions our call was returned in a timely manner. We were able to visit her for the few days she was admitted. Thank you!
