Higgins was very sick very suddenly. His primary vet office was closed, but luckily, Pet Emergency is always open! Even with Covid, they are caring and took the time to explain things carefully to me. They did curbside drop off and pickup to keep everyone safe (which I appreciate very much!) but provided excellent care regardless. He had an x Ray upon arrival and then the vet explained to me that we should take another one in 6 hours and there was a 50% chance he would need surgery. My 6 month old lab was hit by a car and needed her chest drained and a hernia repaired. Thankfully that is all that is wrong with her. I'm torn on this review because things could have been far worse. I am incredibly thankful they saved my puppy. The reason I i rated them so low is, as previously stated, they are expensive. My dog got into some chocolate and after conferring with pet poison control we were told to bring her in. From the moment we walked in the doors we felt confident that our dog was getting the best care. All staff was kind and helpful and gave honest advice on what they would do if it were there dog (outpatient care vs inpatient). Not once did I feel like they were after my money. Thank you Pet Emergency!

I want to thank Dr. Harmon and vet tech Jessie for excellent care of my bunny rabbit, Jet. They do not usually specialize in Rabbits but they took the time and care to diagnose the problem and care for him in a very kind and gentle manner. Everyone was excellent, professional and kind from the time I came through the door to leaving with a happy rabbit. Although they were busy helping others, it did not seemed rushed and Jet and I were comfortable while we waited. I recommend the clinic with the highest rating and regard.

First of all, I just want to say that the night crew earned a 10/10 from me. I can't say the same about the day crew. My cat wasn't feeling well at night and we received the A+ treatment we expected. The night crew was extremely kind, courteous, and respectful. They took care of us and got the job done in a timely manner. I was 100% happy with how the night crew handled the whole situation. Last night i bought my cat in. This is the second time i bought him here. He turned out to be sicker then we thought and we had to put him to sleep. The entire staff was very helpful and kind. They did not rush us, they let us have as much time as we needed. I will always recommend them to my friends. Thank you all for everything you did for me to make sure he was loved on.

I had never brought a pet here before (the last time I needed after hours care I took my cat to Dimond on Tudor) but when I called and heard the wait there was 2.5 hours I called Pet ER for a second option. There was no one ahead of me so I was able to get in quickly. The waiting area is very nice with coffee, a TV, and vending machines. They took my cat's vitals and then the vet came in to check her out. We first brought our very sick dog here a year ago, after she was undiagnosed with a severe issue from another hospital. She was treated, referred, and also hospitalized. Since then, we have used Pet ER exclusively until we find another vet capable of taking care of her unique problems. It is expensive, but we have repeatedly gotten quality treatment and advice from them. The inexperience of the front desk staff shows at times, but we have been treated with care and respect.
