Get directionsI've had a few experiences with this place, from bringing animals in to other's bringing their animals in, and in a pinch this place delivers. Recently, new neighbors moved in and let their cats out. I've had to let them know to keep their cats out of my yard due to my having to chase them away from my trees with nesting feathered families (yes, am looking into deterrents). So, public service announcement, if Bird Treatment and Learning Center is closed bring them here and they will stabilize bird until Bird TLC is open. Th... read more
Good team during the time my dog needed them the week of May 13, 2021. I do believe they did what they could for my dog. just make sure if your animal died you follow up on their ashes. No one called me, they said they called and left a voicemail but nothing on my end. No missed call or voicemail. My dogs ashes were sitting there at the pet Er for almost 2 weeks after I decided to call to check today. Tia said they were having issues with their machines in Juneau and anchorage but they did call and leave a voicemail. my issu... read more
My experience at Pet Emergency was excellent. My dog was very sick and her case was taken seriously immediately. The veterinarians kept in close contact with me throughout her stay and were very thorough and concerned. My dog received excellent care. I recommend them highly.
Okay so unfortunately we see the guys a lot. With two dogs, elderly fatty cat, and outdoor cat, someone is always doing something that requires a trip to the PET ER. Can the waits be long? Yes, but to be expected when everyone is a walk in. We generally wait a bit longer because (thankfully) our pets have had few serious emergencies... just mostly "swallowed a bone" and "tummy issue" kind of things. The staff is friendly. The doctors are wonderful. Yes, cost will be more than a regular vet because you are paying for on deman... read more
Amazing service and helpful staff. Not overpriced and willing to problemsolve payment methods.
They were kind, caring, and there for me when my pet was very sick. The vet was very good with my pet and so kind to me during a very hard time. I felt like they really cared. If your regular vet is not available I recommend Pet Emergency, they are always there for you.
We have had to take both our little girls into Pet Emergency at different times over the years. They have been outstanding, kind, & thorough. Dr. Walton treated our Emma: he saved her life. His staff are always there when we have questions or need some help. Thank you all.
I took my cat here for the first time a few weeks ago. Despite the fact that the wait time was much longer than we were told, by several hours, the staff was friendly, kind, and caring. Good customer service goes a long way in my book! The Dr. took the time to answer my questions and provided detailed information about my cat's condition. My cat's treatment was a lot more reasonably priced than I imagined it would be. Overall, a great experience.
Higgins was very sick very suddenly. His primary vet office was closed, but luckily, Pet Emergency is always open! Even with Covid, they are caring and took the time to explain things carefully to me. They did curbside drop off and pickup to keep everyone safe (which I appreciate very much!) but provided excellent care regardless. He had an x Ray upon arrival and then the vet explained to me that we should take another one in 6 hours and there was a 50% chance he would need surgery. Luckily, he didn't need it, and they didn'... read more
