My system has not work from day one . I have not seen a reduction my electric bill I have to pay both my loan at 273.00 and then 375.oo electric bill ,who is that helping me. I wish I have never sign up for this .

My solar has been down for 3 1/2 months. Their service has been terrible. This is the third outage in 2 1/2 years. Their service organization seems overwhelmed. How they have an A+ BBB rating is beyond me.
I am glad I didn't write a review right away. The salesperson was great, and although the installation went longer than expected they got it done. Everything seemed fine. Then we had a power outage a few weeks ago due to wind storms. The battery came on and powered the protected loads just as expected and I was happy. The next morning, everything shut down. I am paying 80,000 for my solar system. System installed in June and My system is still not up and running. I am making payment on system that is not operating because they can not get tech to come out to change a fuse and install 3 screws in the electric panel, which has failed inspection twice for this issue. I was given Oct 6 for another work order for the same problem for the 3rd time. I am paying on a system that non functional. This company partakes is some serious misleading sales tactics. They lead you in saying you are going to be able to own a system big enough to produce your avg monthly usage in kilowatt hours. Then through out their proposal and contract they use varying methods/terms for measurement. For instance, after seeing your month electricity bill, they will say your avg usage for a month 1000kWh. They then go on to say they will sell you a energy efficient package that will save 25% of that and a system that will cover 75o Kwh. All ... read more
I've been working with power home solar on a problem I had with the inverter on my system, it has been 5 months since the system broke. Finally after 4 months they got it up and running again. I've had to call and push them on every step they took to get it fixed. There customer service reps have been horrible to work with putting you on hold. The usual call lasts 45 minutes, once they got it up and running again they ok'd a payment for the time my system was down now I haven't been able to get that payment. Excuses at every... read more
Power home solar should not be part of the BBB. I had panels installed in January of 2021 and here it is September of 2021 and the panels have not worked at all since. I have called customer service countless times but they never send anyone out to solve the problem. I still have to pay for the panels even though they don't work. I just want to get rid of the panels because they have not helped my electric bill at all. Everything after the sale was absolutely horrible. They did the install without the proper permits. I am months after install still can't use the system. Once they got paid they quit caring. No sense of ergency whatsoever. I was assigned a so called concierge that has no idea what he is doing. Every time I call they tell me one week, which continually gets extended. I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy.
