A lack of information was provided to me when we hit a snag during the installation process. My system was due to be installed rather quickly after the contracts were signed but then the day before schedule installation they canceled and told me there was additional items need to be completed before installation could be completed. This is the worst experience I have had with any company. From the sells person all the way is a lie. Panels half to face south they do not tell you that at all. Email I sent to the lady ext 1433 Clearly says we want panels along our fence. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Not happy with this at all.

They are real nice when presenting the contract information. When you sign the contract they are very informative of each step. After the installation they forget about you the inspection process is slow and you have to call them to find out when it will be scheduled. They always blame the delay on third party inspectors. I would never recommend them to anyone very shady

Well, if you are looking to go the solar route, DO NOT use this company. Their sales staff are at best inept! they play games to get you to sign on to more and they cannot commit. The get you signed up then say you are not approved after you received a notice being approved. I would pass on this company, there are many more and my fault i didn't read the reviews about this company
Our experience began with PowerHome Solar in December 2020. When the sales associate, Michael S****, came to our home, I was sold on two key statements, 1. We were told the project can be up and running in a week or two and 2. We would receive a significant rebate (+$12,000) from our electric provider in early January and each year as long as we could verify the panels were working properly. The solar panels themselves are great. But we were mislead on so many things from the start. The day the salesman was here he took pictures and measurements. We asked many questions while he was here, including do we have to climb onto the 2nd story roof to remove the snow in winter. His answer was absolutely not, they have a defrost function that keeps them clear of frost and snow. That was a lie. How does the tax credit work..... Oh you get it all back the 1st year.... My adventure with Power Home Solar began in Feb of 2021. I responded to an ad that they had and they sent a salesman (Hunter J******) to visit me at my home. The presentation was decent and he sold me on a package that was not only solar but also included things like insulating my attic and hot water heater as well as providing things like LED light bulbs and efficient faucets for the sink and shower. We wanted to go solar. When the crew showed up to do the solar, they said our roof was unstable. We had our roof replaced 18 months prior. After they sat in our driveway for 4 hours I asked what was going on. That was when they told me this. After 2 more hours the company called and said they could do our roof for 16k. Remember I just had it replaced. Of course we needed to do other things about roof. Insurance called, adjustors came to evaluate and engineer came. Roof is stable. We decided to cancel.
