I would never recommend this company. If you want solar go with someone else. I was installed in May. I still have not been approved to switch yet because of no communication with the company. I am paying both solar payment and a high electric bill. Also the tax reduction has to be paid back unless you refi with their mortgage company. Total bs and never mentioned until I was denied a refi by the company.
We will be dead before they even get started. Talk about slow. Dead stop is faster than Power Home Solar
unprepared rep, wasted hours doing nothing then kept changing the price, came back asking for immediate $9,000 payment to move forward. Be cautious in dealing with the solar bandits, clearly exceeds retail cost of system, use financing tactics without providing upfront information, likely pay high commissions for sales, have ? answering the phone at a call center. If you have any concerns or questions they act like they are transferring you and drop the call. Truly regret considering this company.
Unreliable company to return phone calls or reply to an email
Originally they wanted to be sure my wife was here with me for their presentation but I told them that wasn't going to happen. Salesman came out and went though his presentation on his tablet. He did an OK job of explaining things but as far as I'm concerned he was misleading about the credits. When he was done he asked me if it was yes or no on a deal. They lied about everything. Panels been installed for 1 year my light bill been 110 to 200 a month..I had to call them and ask why..they said ur system not working. Took a month before they could come out to fix it..they finally came out but they fixed nothing i would have not known if I had not called them for analysis reading. I spent an hour on the phone listening to the information about solar panels for our home. I was really excited until I asked for written information before committing to spending nearly $100,000 for something over the phone. The supervisor that spoke with me was extremely disrespectful questioning my credit scores and not willing to provide me with a written estimate. I will not be doing business with this company nor will I recommend them to anyone.
This company is based on lies and tricks until they get their money, they do not care about the customer. A whole year after installing the system, it would not work and after 15 tries to fix the issue I am still in the dark. I am still paying my electric bill and paying for the system. Had an estimate from a salesman with powerhome. Salesman has no hard technical data or pricing. I acted at first that I knew nothing about solar , pricing, or standards. After slandering all other brands but the one they use, the representative gave me an outrageous price. 3 times what other companies had been giving all this week.
