They put a hole through my ceiling in the closet while blowing insulation in attic- has not been fixed that was in October 2020, My snap links went out (for the 2nd time) in May 2022 they have yet to be fixed was told that generac was handling them after being put on a wait list from generac called pink energy back they said that they were replacing snap links and someone would call for an appointment, after 2 days no one called,so I called pink energy back and was told that they were not replacing snap links. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Sales representative will lie about product production, Tax credits, home resale value, service and repairs. The installers will damage your home. Roof mount system are installed and lead to water leaks. Damage to home get repaired by unqualified personnel. Most inspections fail multiple times. Power companies don't honor buy back plan which is a ****** point in Tennessee. Suggest finding someone else for solar system. Get multiple quotes before purchasing. I've had Pink panels for 2.5 years. My electric bill has gone up AND my roof leaks in 2 places since installation. **************** won't answer phone. No help whatsoever. During installation a crew member didn't even know how to change a drill bit. They are NOT an A+ business. I've had two professionals inspect my panels. Both said **** did a horrible job. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
They misrepresented what the system would do from the start. The system produces about $40 in electricity each month of the summer and less during the winter. They had to remove and replace the panels for my roof to be repaired. The technician dropped a panel from the roof onto my grill. The grill was less than a year old and was broken. They didnt even tell me they did it. I pulled it up on my security camera. They approved payment for replacing the grill, however, I have yet to receive that payment. Pink Energy is the most horrific company I have ever worked with. They make promises they don't keep. You call customer service and set on hold for hours totally unacceptable. When you invest $54,000+ on a product you should get good customer service.

We wanted to back after after initial meeting and signing of contract, but they said it would be $7000 to cancel due to the contract wording. (No grace ************ Now we have had the system installed and passed all inspections for months and they have yet to come out, turn it on, and Goni e the system with us even though weve been paying on it for 3 months now. You told us we wouldnt have to pay any electric bill are bills are like 40 dollars cheaper then they were before we had solar! A complete lie dont use this company!
I started as a powerhome customer. Going ********************** with this company was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I want out of my loan and you can have your panels in the 2 years I have had them they have NOT saved me any money just costed me more. I would NEVER recommend them !!!

Pink Energy has failed to send the rebate I am contractually due. In addition, because of the delay and lower output than expected, they were issuing a refund for months that fell short. It has been more than four months since contacting them and Im still being told that accounting is delayed. I have asked for contact from Accounting to explain why they cant meet their commitments. I will update this review as I receive anything, if I receive anything.
