I have been dealing with company for 3 year's I have been lied to more then not. I am call the attorney ************** please do not do business with company you will regret it
This company has the worst customer service and unwilling to resolve customers issues and complaints. I was told one thing by the salesman and was sold something that has cost me more than prior to the purchase. This system is not providing me what Power Home Solar claimed it would as now I have 2 LARGE bills.. one for the loan and one from the power company. They dont reply to e mails and you can never get anyone on the phone. You choose option #1 to keep your place in the phone queue for a return call from them thats a LIE... read more

Pink Energy/ powerhome solar: I have been totally dissatisfied with my customer service. ********************** was installed Nov 26 2021. Ive had two months thats it has operated what I consider close to properly. They have been out 9 times to no avail. Now theyre saying they arent responsible , that generac is. After Home Power/Pink energy installed our ************************************************************************ our roof and leaks because of panels installed incorrectly. ***** had done through the trusses and water is leaking over our sons bedroom ceiling. We were told by the salesman at our kitchen table that our electric bill would be decreased by 69% and in 2021 we averaged 24%. This company told me that they was going to pay for first year and still waiting on my rebate. It been 4 months since they install my panels and they still not on they blamed the electric company. Now I found out they not going to uphold there warranty if you have problems they tell you to call generac even though I signed a contract with them and not generac

I know this is a lot to read BUT Please read and learn & stay clear of PINK!My home was assessed for Solar (in the cute little pink car). The Solar assessor was on time and wonderful. HOWEVER, the next step was the video chat with the sales where I was told the process and cost. My home is a total of 400 sq feet. My system would cost $61,952.00. I wish 0 stars was an option. I have had nothing but terrible customer service, horrible experiences and lies from the start. My install team was terrible. Left their ladder leaning on my roof overnight that anyone could have climbed up and gotten injured. Left trash all over my front and back yard, cigarette butts everywhere, half eaten sandwiches in my lawn, workers lounging on my furniture in my back yard, and it looked like two wolves tore through my insulation in my attic without fixing it. They ****. They cost too much money. They lie to you. And no one comes out to service your equipment ever. They tell you to have Generac or your own power company come out and look at it. Not even 2 years old and its already broken and I cant get anyone out to fix it.
They are unresponsive to request, you spend up to an hour on hold as no one ever really addresses the issue at hand. Their product is not living up to promised performance is actually costing us money.They make appointments and then cancel the appointment saying we needed to make that appointment with another company, generac.They obfuscate and give you the runaround.I am a strong proponent of extolling the virtue of not doing business with this company.
