The salesman lied, I now have a $100,000 solar panel system installed for almost 2 years that I have not benefited from in any way. I am paying full price for the solar system and full price for my electricity. It took almost a year to get hooked to the grid. From the very beginning they messed up the siding on my house during installation by drilling two, two inch holes in it. Do not do business with this company! Do your research!My Dad signed up for Pink Energy months ago. They came and got the system installed but an electrician was suppose to be out to get the breaker replaced to handle the new system as well as get the system up and running. My folks have had several electricians come show up and they never finish the job. My parents can not cancel the contract as its through a separate financing company, which in turn will go to collections if they refuse to pay.They have not sent out the re... read more

Unfortunately, I have to give them a star to leave this comment, please don't think they are one star quality. Pink energy is a continuation of powerhome solar. I had a 42 panel system installed with a 6 battery backup system, it has had issues from the beginning and is currently mostly inoperable. It has been partially functional (some panels generate power, battery back up did nothing last power outage) this has been since May. The soonest they can come look at it is October. This company is the worst. They send in these sales reps promising you that you that you will be pay no electricity **** and that the government will pay for the solar Panels. Also with the instillation they have turned my remodeled home. Powerhome solar now pink energy has yet to fix my leaking roof, my brand new shingles on *******, the interior of my home, or the dining room table they ****** up. Complete joke. Our solar has been working half way and no one has came back out to fix it. You call them they give you the run around. This was a waste of $40,000.

On Aug 16th I was hired at pink energy. on aug 18th I was put in a position for training for customer care associate. I originally was being trained to be an SDA(sales) and was almost done with training. An hour into the new training, I wasnt happy about how the class was.
