They will not stop calling. I did not sign up for anything, and get I get calls at 8am, Noon, 6pm and sometimes later. Calls during the week and calls on the weekend. I have blocked numbers as they have come in, I responded that I am not interested, I have received text messages where I responded that I am not Interested. Terrible hard sell tactics.

After I placed a call, I got an email from a rep that says due to the error on your panels being a PVRSS lockout, affecting the reading of solar production, we do not have accurate enough information to do an official analysis and that they will send someone out 10/12/22- thats almost 2 months away!!! They dont care to help or correct any issues sooner!! Because now the customer is locked into this contract

Was lied to from the beginning panels never produced enough enery to lower my electric **** at all. So stuck paying same if not higher, in most cases, for electric on top of paying for panels. They installed new roof not up to code and left damage to create mold issues. The spray in insulation was not done to code. Was finally able to get repaired after 8 months. Since repaired and panels reinstalled going on 2 months now. Have produced 0 solar energy. Appointments get changed without my knowledge. Last weeks excuse came at ... read more

****************(CEO)I just spoke to your ************* Manager *********************. After speaking with him its clear to me that you have a limited amount of clients that you do care for. I was asking to be made whole for the following;1. Monies paid for the panels that have not been operating since June 1st 2022 or before. Let me start out to say we're having the same trouble that everybody else is having on here not to mention we have been broke down 5 months they have been out 1 times to try to fix it but didn't know what they were doing they scheduled a appointment August the 8th and cancel because they said they didn't have enough help now they rescheduled September 21 that will be over 5 months broke down with no savings still paying total cost on panels and electric **** they offered a reversing fee of $695 They told me they would pay 4 ... read more

Quick to install but have not complete their end of the bargain after 3 months. Yea we have solar panels on our roof but still don't have service!!!! ??

Stay away from this company ************* ever I installed solar January,2022 3 inspection failed lol Each inspection I have to call them and make schedule lol what a customer service.Still no benefit because we didn't pass the inspection Call then this afternoon at 4pm.Waited 30mins and finally a lady answered phone. We barely speak 2mins and 5:09pm she hang up on me without saying anything I guess she wants to go home??Waste money, stress.... One star because theres not a no starI made inquiry about a Solar system to serve a Barn and a house Im building. In the inquiry I stated I had NO commercial power connection and the entire project would be off-grid. They called and we set up an appt on the build site, again reminding them no commercial power on site - after they required me to deliver a current electric ****.(??) A nice young woman showed up and I went thru my expectations for power and she asked for my old electric **** and where my power pole was located.... read more

Id give them 0 stars if I could! They have the worst customer service. After nearly 4 months our system isnt up and running. The resolutions **** rescinded the offer we had been negotiating before we could accept it. The reason that was given was because I commented on someones post on a social media group that slandered their company. A childish game they play. Theyre sales rep verbally told us things that ended up ultimately being untrue. I now have multiple damages to my home, including but not limited to a leaking roof. ... read more
