So let me start out with if you call customer service you will never get anybody to talk to but if you call customer service and say youre looking to install a system all of a sudden theres somebody to talk to so dont waist your time calling unless you say your looking to install, them when you sign up they say they will pay the first 12 months on them, trust me your paying for it, but still they are supposed to send you a rebate check for 12 months of your solar ****, Ive payed 3 payments now and still no check, and with th... read more

Minus rating! We signed a contract in November 2021 for installation of 15 panels paying by check on the signup day of $59,967. As of this date, Aug, 8, 2022, we have yet to see the contract started let alone fulfilled. We have no panels installed! Because of Pink's inability to fulfill the contract in a timely manner, we filed with Pink to cancel our contract. Pink has billed us for a 10% extended cancellation fee of $5,996.70! We had our solar power system installed by Power Home Solar (PHS) in August of 2021. It was not until June of 2022 that the system was working properly. It was only after the fourth attempt to repair the battery that it seemed to be fixed. Shortly after that, one set of solar panels (7 panels) got locked out and stopped producing power. We have spent a lot of extra money between 8/21 and 6/22 because of the faulty battery. I bought 48 solar panels and batteries, system from this pink energy ( power Home Solar) they are a company that does not stand behind their word said would reimburse me for my electric **** over $800 it has been 4 mths still no answer and i still have problems with their system...will not recommend this company to anyone

The Pink energy consultant (*****) that came out was great! He was very personable and knowledeable on the solar system. ***** did his assessment and uploaded everything to ***. We got on the phone with our *** senior consultant ************** Out of ********, and he moved quickly through everything with me. He made it know to me and ***** that their were 75 other callers in the queue and you could tell that he was in quite a rush. Pink/Power Solar issues have been intermittent and on-going since installation about three years ago. My most current issue is regarding a recent error message that is in conjunction with my system functioning at a far less capacity. I called and had to wait for customer service. When finally able to get a service representative, we scheduled a service call which was a couple weeks out. I confirmed the appointment. Unfortunately, no one showed up to do the scheduled service! They actually did my solar without being approved by the state!! They lost their certification to provide solar installation in the state of ******** on July 15 2021. They were still operating in ******** in December 2021 when I signed up. Their service has been terrible, they tore up my house and rewired my circuits, leading to a sump pump failure and my basement flooded!! Pink Energy is a horrible and spiteful company. My husband worked for them and never missed a day. He was told what a good job he was going and how he was going g to get a raise, so he felt comfortable and secure. They were not honest. When he hit his 90 days, they terminated him because the company was restructuring. He worked his **** off and then was terminated. This man is a con artist and you will not get what is promised, if the system is even installed and turned on. do a simple ****** search before even speaking to them unless you want major damage done to your home by a ceo that will do nothing to help you. and his name is not ************************* it is **********************************.
