Everything was a lie. No change in my ****. My panels were installed in may it failed the first inspection. Pink energy has no idea who inspected it. The Inspector had no Bussiness cards but claimed to be from the Allegheny county inspectors. The second inspection passed but they never sent the paperwork to Duquesne light. I called the power company and they said it all lays on the solar company. I can not reach them because they call me from 100 different numbers that come up as spam.

We were supposed to have solar panels installed in September of 2021. However it is now august of 2022 and our Solar Panels are still not installed properly and working. We have been charged for the loan for the solar panels and yet they are not working. In addition when they did come out to start the process they cut our internet line, sewer line and destroyed our yard. Ethical and *********************** ******* does not back the product because they dont have the repair parts on hand or the knowledge to repair issues. Our homes continued to fail inspections. Its been 5 failures alone for one house and 2 on the second house! They dont even show up or dont return phone calls. Read for yourself that they send out a generic response that doesnt resolve anything. The company cant afford to fix the problems if they cant keep repair parts on hand! Run as fast as you can away from this company. There is a reason that they have had to change their name. The company is run so poorly and does not care for its customers. We had our solar panels "installed" (I use that term loosely) in November of 2021. However, they were not completely working correctly until May 25th. It took this company 6 MONTHS to get our system up an running. A large part of this was due to constant rescheduling. My panels have not been working properly for 3 months. I have had an appointment scheduled 3 different times over 3 months and have been reschedule 3 times. Every time they claim someone will call, and follow up days before to confirm the appointment. They never follow up and no one shows up. Then they claim they called me, but never do.

I can't get ahold of anyone and I'm very unhappy with the service. We have been trying to contact about getting our solar panels removed cause they do absolutely nothing for *********** wants to answer the phone. We had them installed & was promised our power **** would drop well it hasn't. We are paying the same amount & more just having the system on our house. I am getting ready to seek Legal Assistance, I signed up for solar in December. December 31, 2021 the crew came to complete my installment. I was told that the system wasn't installed correctly several times crew members came to correct the issue. To no resolve I am still waiting on the resolution promised. So now I am seeking legal advice because I don't feel I should be held to a contract where what was promised didn't take place and I am still waiting on a reimbursement. Avoid Pink Energy, previous powerhome.They sales pitched it would eliminate electricity usage costs but it doesn't come close.They don't answer their phones when you need service, I was put on a 4 hour hold before hanging up when the system faulted.They ********** too much for what you get, would have been better to DIY this.I had to do the leg work for getting the panels appoved by the city, despite telling powerhome exactly what to do twice.I sent multiple emails about how the conduit installed was pulling on the siding of... read more
