Not happy with the service, was promised rebates after 6 to 8 weeks, its now 4 months later. Service is not working as promised. It took about 3 months to get it up and running and I don't think it is actually working. Solar Home or Pink energy what ever they are called will never get a referral from me.

Why isnt zero stars available.This company deserves zero stars.The salesman lies.Management lies.The owner ****** wallet lies.The installation team lies.Its a company built on lies.I unfortunately signed a contract for solar panels to be installed on my roof,They messed up my roof. Failed inspection after 3 plus month wait, now all breakers associated with panel were out, all food in fridge gone ( one of back ips on battery), not even functioning and all 3 banks went out. How!???? Had to toggle main breaker that's for solar/ generac to get going, but no indication it tripped. C*** equipment, c*** company, 4 months no service, failed inspection can go on and on.... Took almost 7 months for installation to be completed, system still not working. Call customer service get put on hold for 2hrs, still have not resolved any issues, all this money for something that don't work, sorry I signed up, want refund and taken off m home. ******* C

They put in the Solar in March 2022. No one ever told me they had to inspect. And they never did. I am waiting July 28 but cannot get a hold of anyone. Spent 2 hours on hold before it just hung me up. Asked for inspection but they would not let me schedule a week of 2 in advance. Told me to call the day before. I called 2 days before and they were booked up.. They insist I be home all day but I work and on my day off I have other appointments. I can be home in the morning or Afternoon. NOT both. We were informed that our solar would cut cost but instead we are paying same or more for our electric **** and paying for the loan. It took us several months to get the solar turned on after we did most of the legwork and now we are going to have to look into getting a lawyer to find out if we were taken in and possible fraud. I have called at least 12 times in the last week to find out about a remembering us for the clips being bad. Now they cant find those calls regarding this issue also.

This has been a Nightmare! A Bunch of Liars!! This has been a Big Scam! We have been dealing with them since February & still do not have power. When we call you are put on Eternal hold. When you finally get to talk with a person, they have an attitude. This has been the Most Unprofessional Business we have ever dealt with! I will let Everyone know to Beware of this company. They are No Good! Do Not get any Solar panels installed! They are a Rip off!!

So I keep seeing all these ads saying don't let this great deal pass only 1 week left. Got trees no problem, we can put on ground if yoo many, $2,500 free installation, free 12 months no cost. BULLS[!T. LIES LIES AND MORE LIES. Your roof looks old, too many trees, not free $1000s of $s up front, credit score bot high enough, don't make enough $ yearly Good bye. There seems to be a pattern here. My "Pink Energy" system was installed recently, it worked ( sort of ) for a week, then quit altogether with several error messages on the panel. I spent hours and hours and hours hanging on eternal hold trying to get someone from techincal support to talk to me. No one would. So I called the sales department, told them what's happening, and they PROMISED to have someone get back to me. No one did. This happened several times. The take away from this is: 1.)
