Original installation was 5 July 21. It has not properly after it was inspected as of today 22 July 22. Associate told my wife that it was impossible for the inverter to arc like she said. Technician came out and video taped the arc. It took an email stating that it was a fire hazard in my house to get attention. Has cancelled the day of for work after my myself or wife had to call off 5 times. The worst customer experience on a very expensive product. Installation of solar panels went as stated by company. However, their service following installation is non existent. Wait sever hours for call backs then weeks for appointments only to have no one show for the appointments.

We are very disappointed with the whole experience with this compony which was also known as power home solar. The entire installation process was a disaster as we were promised so much and things were altered at the last minute. Not to mention that most of the installation team wreaked of marijuana as they got out of the company van which is very concerning when they were working on our roof. The worse mistake I ever made I been with pink energy when they use to be power home solar. they promised you a lot that having ******** solar that is going to saved you a lot in the energy **** and it had been even worse. Because I pay too much money paying two bills the panels company and energy company. This company is a totally fraud they promise to solve the problem and they dont do nothing always there is no solution

Pink Energy aka Solar Power is the biggest rip off I have ever seen or heard of. It has been (operating) here for over a year except the 3 months this winter it didn't work at all. What the house uses is what our electric **** is. The amount that we get from solar is never figured in at the electric company. Now we pay our electric **** plus the almost $240.00 a month payment. Still receiving electricity bills for $200+. **************** is horrible and all they do is pass you around to different departments so you have to constantly repeat yourself. The salesman promises way more than is delivered and now we are stuck with a $300 monthly solar panel payment and a regular $200+ electricity **** on top of that. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The company doesnt take care of any issues with poor installation. When you get call them you must wait averaging 1:20 to 1:50 minutes for you to explain only then you get transferred to someone else and then more waiting. My roof was was damaged. I have leaks in my house they are supposed to be paying for a new one. It is supposed to cost ****** to take it off and another ******$ to put it back on. We have it through a financial co and paying 30,000$ for the panels and the electric bill is not getting any lower so I believe... read more
Pink Energy has delivered nothing . The solar equipment was installed by people that were not qualified with any knowledge of electrical code requirements . I would not recommend them to wirer a dog house .

The system is not working as was intended. My electric **** is higher than before. Solar is not powering the house. All it is is a back up battery. We were told that our monthly electric **** would be $9. My **** this month is $570. This company is a rip off and should be investigated. What good is this for my family?
