We got a ton of promises and the only one they have held up to is us paying a payment. My system still isn't working and its been almost a year. It is destroying my families finances and I don't know what to do. My experience with this company has been positively awful. If someone should ask me to refer this company, my reply would be to investigate another company. I had my solar installed the end of April, 2022. I was told that I should been seen by DTE ( the electrical company for *******, ********) and someone from Pink Energy for my inspection. We purchased our system November 2021 but It was not installed until February 2022 and only after several calls to customer service and our sales rep (who also left the company). It is July and we are waiting for someone, ANYONE to come turn our services on so that we don't have to pay both our regular utilities AND pay for the panels. I was promised a rebate check on my home Solar system 30 days after installation. That was six weeks ago. When I call I was told "accounting is releasing the check". This tells me Pink Energy is insolvent.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PINK ENERGY

They dont even deserved a star! Everything is a mess with them. Have the system for a year now, it took them 6 month to redo the drawings and send multiple times the papers to the ****** After going back and forth with the a month ago finally all the papers where finished. Was excited to get solar. But this company is not performing to the level someone needs. Need a working system and 3 months after panels were installed. Still waiting for the system to operate. They are horrible at communicating. Fail to meet even the slightest of expectations. I am posting this not so stellar review to convince the next person to go with a better company. They are not the one to get a system started for you.

A joke. Waste of money. Had to replace a heating and ac unit after they came. A leak in my roof under the panels. Can't get through to anyone and when we do, it's basically made out to be our fault and something we've done wrong on our end. Representatives are quick to get a attitude. Even the supervisors. They have no better answers than anyone else you talk to and never follow through with checking back with you to see that your issues are being fixed. No one can help! After thinking about the amount of money we wont be saving we decided we no longer want to go solar. Finding a number to call for customer service is impossible but I finally found one. After being on hold/ waiting for a call back I was told we couldnt cancel our project after 7 days of signing the contract. Its been 30 days. We no longer wish to go solar but are being forced to continue. I should have read the millions of bad reviews the BBB have on you already!
