This has been the worst experience and regret ever. Our system still is not working properly and our electric **** is still extremely high? When you call Pink Energy , you are left on hold over 40 minutes. So we sent an email and came back undeliverable. Just want someone to come and fix the problem.

This company has oversold their product and when I wanted to cancel they ghosted me. The generator is still on their truck. They are looking to get **** dollars 10% of the cost. I will NEVER deal with these grifters again.

This company is totally unresponsive to customer requests after installation getting their money and ( I believe sometime in April 2022). They have their phone system set up to not answer for hours. If they answer they say your are connected to the proper department and you are transferred and the. you are totally disconnected. Worst customer service ever! My husband and I was scammed into getting solar panels for our house. Oh they came out and installed them alright. Now I can't get anyone to come turn the stupid things on. When you call them, they put you on hold for hours or they say they will call you back. They have called to say they are going to "schedule" a time for someone to come out and inspect the panels for me but they haven't yet! Still waiting. It has been a year since signing the contract and the product is still not up and running. Solar people have been here several times and inspectors have failed their work every time. Have tried calling Pink Energy (Power Home) several times with no answer and no return call. We have been making payments since Jan 2022 even with the equipment not up and running and still paying a power **** on top of that. We have been trying to get an issue resolved with our system and every time we call they put us on hold for at least 30 mins before hanging up on us. We have been calling for months. They will call back but then tell us they need to see what can be done and never get back in the phone. The company put squirrel guard around our system and a piece has come loose. This should be handled under our warranty but it seems they are not interested in taking care of it. I will NOT recommend this come to anyone looking for solar.

First and foremost, this company has horrible customer service. In December 2021, I called your office about an error on my solar panels not working properly. The earliest you could schedule me was for February 2, 2022, but canceled the appointment. The appointment was rescheduled for April 14, 2022. I was supposed to get a reminder call the day before and I did not get the call until an hour before the technician was to show up. The single worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. Total circus. When things started going off the rails back in the beginning I went through half a dozen different personnel who said they were the single point of contact for my case, only to have them leave the company. Highest turn-over I've seen. Remarkable lack of coordination between their various departments. I am now 1 year since I regretfully signed the contract and my system still does not work. They haven't lived up to their part of the bargain. They told my 79 year old father that his electric **** will go down and he will receive a check for $3,000. Well he never received the check and we are still getting a **** from our local power company and we have 10 days to pay the **** in full or our electricity will be turned off.We tried to get in touch with Power Solar Homes, they changed their name. When we call, they'll put us on hold. When we give them a callback, it doesn't go through.
