I've had Solar Panels installed on my home 2yrs ago, formally from Power ********** there called Pink Energy, the panels haven't worked for a yr in a half, I can't get anyone to come out to inspect it. They give you the run-a-round when you call, promise to fix it, but no one comes. I paid $45.000 for the system and monthly payments of over $250. I don't have that kind of cash. Plus the high electric ****. Please help.

I WISH I COULD WRITE WITHOUT MARKING A STAR**********************************************************2 years of FAILED service numerous calls to be put on hold and repair dates to the moon and back and no repairman no show. I work hard for my money. I stopped all payments let's see if someone wants to talk now.

Totally unethical company! Salesman completely lied about how much electricity the panels would produce. We were told a system would be designed to produce enough electricity so that we would no longer have an electric ****, except for customer charge, and we make a payment on the solar panels instead. Our salesman knew my husband is disabled and we were looking for set payments due to rising energy costs. Not a reliable company. They have installed without approval from electric company, no one showed for inspection, cannot get a hold of anyone and when you do, they can't give any answers, customer service email is rude and ignores questions, they promise a yr free on them, check within 6 to 8 weeks. Has been 9 weeks and can't get a straight answer where that money is. Am now paying full electeic and full solar because I have a system that is still not functional.

Our panels were installed over two months ago but are still not connected to the grid and so are not generating power. They neglected to get the proper permits from the energy company despite months passing since the contract has gone through. Multiple calls and emails have gone nowhere - terrible customer service at every turn.

Worst Business E.V.E.R!! We were lied to with false promises when we signed up with this company. 1. We were NOT offered a battery option. Took longer to install than expected, system quit working took 2 months to get it fixed, quit a week later, now have to wait another month for service. The system isn't even a year. old

The installation process was haphazard and we caught them in several lies. They didn't complete it as scheduled, then we had to wait a couple more months for them to finish installation. The system quit working correctly in April 2022 and is still unresolved (June 2022). They scheduled service for today, and somehow got confused and sent a tech to my billing address 18 hours away instead of the physical address. Are panels were installed on February 14 here it is June 28 and we still have not gotten all our inspections we have made numerous calls we've had numerous calls of complaints of that these panels haven't really changed our electric **** we wish we never got involved because this is a nightmare that $73,000 we talk to duke power yesterday they told us that they don't have the original papers when they first installed. they do not know that there's a solar panel here they are also 16 weeks out from inspection after Power home... read more
