We met with our salesmen for over 4 hours and I asked every question possible. We were told we didn't need a battery for the system since we had just installed a generator so it would not be necessary as it would only supply us with power during a power outage. So we opted not to get the battery and instead just went with the panels. Fast forward a year and a half. I got the solar panels before it was pink energy and have nothing but problems with them! From taking months to get my system installed to now having issues and not being able to get them fixed! Every time I call I get someone that has a attitude with me and telling me that on their end nothing is wrong then switch me to tech support telling me something is to them switching me to scheduling and its always 3-4 weeks before they can have a tech come and look at it! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

The whole sales department will lie and say anything to get you to sign the contract. After you have permission to operate, the stop returning phone calls and are not worried about completing the job. If you are lucky enough to get thru to someone in customer service, they will juts hang up on you and not return phone calls. They are a terrible company that I would not recommend my worst enemy to.

We have to check every day to see if the panels are still working. They go out frequently and the customer service is truly shameful! They put us on hold for hours. When we do get a repair date, it's months in the future. Once they came and didn't fix the problem, so we had to go through all the hassle again. Meanwhile, our electric **** is just as high as ever and we have to go on making payments for the useless solar panels. This company shouldn't be allowed to continue operations!

This company lies. We were mislead into signing with them. The sales man promised our electric **** would be slashed and that we would receive almost half back of our initial purchase price from our next year taxes . Nothing has appeared as they said it would. We got nothing back from taxes and we pay more now on our electric **** then before... AND HALF THE **** THE PANELS DO NOT WORK!! This company has lied about my energy ****, reimbursement on my refund, taxes credit, not to mention its been a whole year still trying to fix the wiring to pass inspection. Pink energy is a joke and the sales person will rip you off, having to to purchase more panels than needed. I wish I have never got theses panels. I still pay the same amount to Dominion Energy as I was before.

Had my SOLAR SYSTEM installed in April ** 2021 for $56,000 ??I HIGHLY ??dont recommend this company started with PowerHome Solar and now PINK has taken over the company not any better was hoping it would of gotten better customer service . We had our solar panels installed in April of 2021. We were told by the Salesperson, that we could use the installation on our Federal taxes. We would get back a certain amount this yr, next yr and in ****. What a joke.Then we have had nothing but trouble since the installation. The installation team rushed to get ours done so that they could have a 3 day weekend. We were suckered into this scam just like everyone else. The crew showed up for install on the last day they guaranteed it would be completed by, May 3. They cut our air-conditioning units power cord then just slpiced it back together, drilled several holes in our brick wall, broke a water line that flooded our basement, placed the battery where we can't even use our basement door for loading or unloading anything.
