Worst experience and most expensive loss of money. Never never does anyone fix the problem. Had installed over 2 months and still do not have electrical ok because company will not do their job. Now it's to the point you can not talk to a real person. Spent over 2 hours with 5 different numbers and got nothing but dislike for them and this is not the first time off not getting answers. Boy what a con job!! We were really suckered into this one, hoping to be part of the sustainable green energy, but in reality, we're stuck with a financial nightmare, the solar panels don't work, they never instructed us on how to work the system, we can't get ahold of anyone. You call and are put on ignore for hours on end. I'm making this complaint to warn anyone that's thinking of going solar do NOT work with this company!!!! And if you manage to actually talk to anyone, do NOT let them put you on hold.

Total power outage on June 13 2022.We were out for 2 days. Pink energy failed!!!Was to back up fridge ,freezer & well. One of the solar panels is out of place.There has been an error reading since then on the panel, that's says power failed.We called & "they said oh we can see on our phone you have a failure."But they would not come out!Called no one can come out till July 15!Unacceptable!We have called several ********** are getting no response!Just made our first payment too!To little to late!This company is so bad!

Over a year ago I had a 100%system installed, it's maybe worked a few days here and there. But I have been making payments 1 1/2 years BBB review is right on with their review

I inquired about solar energy over the internet. I never received a reply, but several weeks after inquiring, Thursday 6/16/22 a gentleman showed up at my house about 4:00 pm in the afternoon, totally unexpected, to do an evaluation of my property. In short, dealing with Pink Energy - or POWERHOME Solar, as it was known when I purchased from them - has been one of the single worst experiences of my entire life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Installation in January 2021, here we are in June 2022 and our system still isn't working correctly. And don't bother replying that your resolution team will be reaching out to me soon.... This by far has been the most ripped off I have ever been. I have had the panels for 2 years with no consumption and no output to the electrical company. Called several times, got promised a refund for 18 months, never received and the system still does not work. I am paying $46000 for nothing. I do not have money to waste like this.
