Worst experience I've ever had! We were sold on the dream of green energy and the promise of self sufficiency by their sneaky sales tactics, only to get roped into a financial nightmare with equipment that fails more often than it works! The customer service department is facetious and pretends to be nice but then they just transfer you to a nice hour long hold time until you decide to hang up! I have tried to get results for the completion of the Sollar Panels installation since February of this year 2022. They left a hole in my wall in my garage, which they keep sending someone over to do nothing. Still waiting to get online as I am about to make a second payment for something that I am not using. Pink Energy came yesterday to install June 21 and did not let us know they were coming. They went directly to our backyard and began setting up the post mounts. The second day June 22, Pink Energy had installers. They stuck an installation hose through my daughter's upstairs window and it exploded causing installation to go everywhere even all over the other bedrooms and bathrooms. First our salesperson said they would be at the install. She wasn't. She found a new job, we was never notified of this. Since the system has been installed the system doesn't stay connected to the internet. After many failed attempts they finally direct wired it. It still isn't working. During this process they drilled through my electrical wires. I was told they would be out on Monday to fix it. No call, no show. Your customer service sucks!! You call and get put on hold for over 15 minutes. The installation team are great!! We ordered an additional 6 panels thats what your engineers said would fit. Not!! Not even the 320 but you came out with 400 this was the after the initial install of 13. You came back with the 320 only 4 fit!! Didnt arrive until noon because they had to stay for a meeting! Such a fragmented company! Im a very patient person but the lack of communication- poor costumer service, and taking over 3 weeks of being put on hold for over 2-3 hours at a time to just to talk to the right person just shows the lack of pride and accountability from this company. This broke me down! I had this company (known as Powerhome solar at the time) install a solar system on my barn roof in 2019. They ran metal conduit from the barn underground to the main electrical panel on my house. I assumed that everything was installed correctly untill recently. I went to ************ the rear hatch cover for my septic tank and found that the metal conduit was placed right over top of the hatch!
