Had my system installed with pink energy/ power home solar in 2020 the system hasnt worked for more than a total of 4 months. I wait months for them too come and repair the system havent been reimbursed for lost time the company is a scam.

This is the worst company we have ever had work on our home! We loved the sales rep he was good. Installers were also kind. We got our system put in January 2020, with the promise that our electric **** would greatly decrease and the payment for the system would be less than what we were paying for electricity. After a long hospital stay last year, I had solar panels and generators installed at the exorbitant fee of over $66k. Installed in August 2021 and today June 13 of 2022, they still don't work properly Everytime I call my concierge I get a different person, after spending ridiculous time on hold when I call in. This company claimed that if solar panels were installed it would cut our power **** down to almost nothing. We decided it would be a great opportunity and go solar. Since the install which was December of ****, it is now June of 2022 and we have had less than two full months of actual use of the solar panels. They are constantly not producing power and when you call to schedule an appointment for them to come out to repair it normally takes 2-3 months to come to your property. If I could give less than 1 star it would be multiple negative stars. This predatory company is shameless in their misleading campaign and ripping off victims for tens of thousands of dollars per unit, and making a bad name for the solar industry. My family is stuck with a $50k debt for a system that does not deliver the production we were promised, and a construction lien for parts on our home. They need to be taken out. For good. 1 star is too much for this company. We spent a fortune on our solar panels and they have been down more than they have worked. They've been here multiple times to "fix" them. They work a week or 2 and go down again. I would stay away from this company. They are a joke and thieves in my opinion. When you spend thousands of dollars on a product it should work.

My name is Jaman *********** had the system less than a ********* isn't working for my *********** nor is it an advantage to us as well. They sent Technicians out to supposedly fix an issue in our kitchen (we lost power in a portion of the kitchen, causing us not to be able to use our refrigerator for over a month). The first time I noticed an error on my panels, I was on hold for over an hour. The snaps went bad. There was a back order & replacing the under warranty snaps was SIX WEEKS. For 6 weeks I was not making my own energy! I PAID IN FULL $68,000 FOR THESE PANELS and so far they're not paying off! The snaps went bad again immediately after they replaced them.
