I got sold on solar energy by pink energy reps in mid 2021 and had them installed around November 2021. So far there is a giant trench through my yard to my detached garage that is holding panels, No one has come to fill/fix it yet. Also my system is not generating any power. I was told that my **** would be a couple dollars at the most. I am now paying my normal ******* for electricity and a new 350 dollar solar loan ****. I purchased a system in December 2021. They dug a trench in January 2022. Installed the panels February 2022. They tore out a wall in my laundry room. I had an inspection from the city in may. I have a system that doesnt work. The hole in the wall in my laundry room isnt repaired. The trench in my backyard isnt filled. My system doesnt work. I wouldnt hire these people for a ****** dollar system. You cant get ahold of these people. Buyer beware, I dont know if I will ever have this system up and running.
We initially started our journey to solar h*** with Power Home Solar/Pink Energy and GoodLeap, which will be handled as well. But everything began February 2021 we had 22 panels installed on our home. A battery was never mentioned during the sell, or installation by a technician or a customer service representative. We purchased these solar panels 3 years ago. Fourth time they are not working we end up every summer with no use. When trying to contact company, there is no one to answer the calls and we were put on hold for 8 hours yesterday with no answer. I called the number this morning to order new panels and I was contacted immediately. Horrible customer service and horrible product. This company is has horrible customer service. They were supposed to come out for a consultation, had an appointment at 5. I was home at 3:30 sat outside waiting until 9 and they never showed up. I get ahold of them and they lied and said no one was home, when I was clearly there. So they wanted to reschedule so I agreed and they canceled the next appointment day of appointment. I will never deal with these guys agian.
PHS, now Pink energy is the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. We spent $45,000.00 and despite numerous calls, emails and texts, were left with a system that is producing no power do not ever use PHS/Pink Energy, dont get sucked in by the total lack of professionalism.
My family has had a terrible experience with this company. It took them 2 says to install 15 panels on our roof, they knocked off shingles, left a mess, never turned on the system and a left hole on the wall. 2 weeks later some one was sent to fix the whole in the wall and to turn the system on. We have purchased solar from Pink , formally Powerhome Solar in February. Today is June 6th and we are still waiting on a part for the battery that they install every day. They also promised a $5000 rebate check at the time of installation . Have not seen that or the $12000 rebate on the total cost. I cannot get inspected till they complete the job for which this also takes up to a month for an inspection and to get the project completed and running.
