They have terrible customer service. When you call with problems you are on hold for at least an hour. Sometimes they answer others times you just get disconnected. When you so by chance get to talk to someone they will open a case for your problems only to close it with no resolution. After giving a bad review I got a call saying my case with be opened and I will be assigned a specialist but that doesn't work either.Overall this is a total rip off. 1st, our salesman was great. This review is being written while on hold for 80 minutes. The install was completed without many issues, however, when it came time for inspections, they failed HARD. There were issues regarding safety as well as workmanship. The breakers installed were sun damaged and brittle, they were lacking hold down interlocks, they did not meet manufacture recommended code for the room where the inverter and battery were installed and the system did no get installed per the drawings that were submitted to... read more

Power Home installed my system in September 2021 and I am still having problems with it. We have 2 inverters with 36 panels. Both inverters have went out numerous times and we have called to get these fixed. Most of the time, we get the run around and told that they will call back to set up an appointment, but they usually don't call back. We bought this solar system when the company was Power Home solar system of February 2021. This system was not up and running until July of 2021 because it took six inspections to get mistakes corrected. December of 2021 noticed started getting electric bills, discovered on the ***** there was an error, we called Power Home finally got through to talk to a person, they could not get a tech to our house until April of 2022 to fix the problem. I cannot express a SCAM more than this company. Filled out my contract in February and they just half asz my roof. They had to come dour times and there are still dents on my roof. The company says they will file a case and someone will contact me and never do. The solar guys showed up and gave me a bunch of bs then left. Still not done or even started. The salesman is a PURE scam artist. I am sure that they changed their name because of the lawsuits. For the love of God sign nothing with this company or even call them.

I would run from these guys!I went in debt for almost $70000 just about a year ago and have yet to see any electric produced from there system. I keep getting blown off appointments are not being met. I just keep getting the run around.
