I placed the initial purchase in late October 2021. As of May 19 2022 they have still not even been turned on. They said the installation would be done in one day. It took 3 WEEKS for the installation to be completed with them at the house for 3 days in those 3 weeks. After the installation they were required to make an appointment with the electric company to get them turned on. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Our Panels were installed a year ago and is only producing at 59%. We are still paying for electric and the panels. We want their product off our house. Their customer service has one number for EVERYTHING and has absolutely no follow thru. If you see them run... The owner is a waste of breath and is just a shady salesman. So disappointed! Next step is litigation.

Installation took almost 5 months. Then the system was turned on before the utility inspection. Utility inspection allegedly scheduled fo 5/20. Utility showed up 5/19. No ************* ********* utility inspection 6/16 with no explanation why 5/20 was cancelled. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Let me start by saying I have read many of these complaints against Powerhome/Pinkenergy and the response seems to be the same. I just hope that by filing I actually get my issues resolved, my expectations of my solar panels met and compensated for the extensive period that Ive dealt with this issue. Horrible **************** and *********************** (PinkEnergy/Powerhome) has very poor operations in many areas. They run like they were created by a shady used car salesman with no knowledge of operations and customer service. The only thing they do well is sell. I've been dealing with poor/no customer service. I bought a ***************************** system that still does not work, along with electrical issues in my home since the installation. Every call is put on hold forever. if I do get a call back, it's put into the same hold zone. I expect a resolution very soon, my next response to Pink will come from a Lawyer.
