People I would tell you to stay away from this company. They promise you so much bit give you very little. And at the end of day they do not do the job that they promise as far as the system it self. Also my electri. **** plus payment is even higher now that I have solar panels. Cause they promise you 80 % but not even getting 50% out of mine. They tell you we will replace panel box, nope lie. Power home solar was installed on my house October 2021 7 months later 3 failed inspections still paying electric and solar **** for last 7 months now I was told can't get another inspections till June I done with power home solar worse mistake I've ever made and when they was installing the system cut a hole thought wrong wall cut vinyl side on my house got something all over my deck had to spend a couple of hour pressure washing it at this point I'm seeking attorney
My power bills are as high as ever.I am very disappointed with the battery back up and I have come to find out I was charged too much for the system.Two years into this and it has never lived up to what was promised.I am considering legal action. Perhaps the lemon law could apply to this ?

This system has yet to work properly! Every time we call we are transferred around several times After being on hold over 2 hours then disconnected before anything is resolved. we have had this system since Oct. 2021 and its always showing error codes. Why am I paying for system that doesn't work. My power **** has been the highest its ever been since the panels were installed. we have had lots of sunshine and yet we cant even benefit from it BECAUSE THE SYSTEM NEVER WORKS. After 3 years of making payments for solar panels that never worked and never even had the back up battery connected, I was so deep in debt that I had to sell the home that I had built, lived in for over 30 years, birthed and raised my kids in, to get out from under the debt! The time and money that I lost continued with my losing money on the sale of a home with useless solar panels and having the pay the $40K loan off at closing, due to the mechanical lien on the title.
i was told that i would not have a power **** and it would be paid off in 71/2 to 8 years and that the battier back up will last 8 to 12 hours now my power **** now is over ****** dollars, and it will never pay for itself and the batters only last 3 hours i have talked with them for 8 months and i have been passed to about 6 different customer service people because they keep go somewhere else my year is up and now i am stuck with it problem have to go get 3 jobs to pay for it and i am 56 years old we need to start solar pow... read more

I sincerely regret allowing Pink Energy, previously known as Power Home Solar, to sell me their solar panels. They have been nothing but a money pit, costing me much more money than I was told I would save. First, it took them about 3 months to come to install the panels, which took them an entire day and left a mess of my house. Months later come to find out the panels were not connected to the battery. Then months of waiting for them to come and connect them. Last year Feb I bought my house and naturally it became a target for many companies such as this one to get a "sale" with little to no regards to how it can affect the person. The sales person for PowerHome or now Pink energy called me relentlessly until I agreed to hear his pitch. (I was highly annoyed with the constant calls I was receiving). I would not let this company install a light bulb in my house. First day show up not ladder no extension cord first red flag. City inspector and electrical inspector where here to shut me off as no inspection had completed. When he shut it off my back up circuits went into island mode using just the batter. City inspector lets me know that there should be a bypass so we can still get power from the grid and it was in the blue prints. Hmm thats missing.
