A salesman from Power Home Solar met with my husband and explained how great their system was. How we would never pay more than $10 per month for electric once the system was installed. We were told (Verbatim) that during a power outage a battery backup would run our ENTIRE home for days and would continue as long as the sun was shining. This was full use, no limitations. We had solar panels installed in 2016, and I am giving two stars because the solar panels do work. When we first had the panels installed they did not work properly and it took about 6 months to get it right. Two years ago the panels on a lower roof got debris underneath that caused a hard mass that would not move. We called and were told by the office staff to remove it ourselves, which didn't seem like a good idea with all the wires. This company if possibly advertising their solar production in the *****************. They are misleading people with the ********** is powered by our solar panels turns out to be very fast in this comes from their salesperson the big credit you get back for filing your taxes is false they have their sales people lying to make these sells and it's not fair. Powerhome Solar I just want you to know what your getting into. I often wonder if I made a mistake.Let me tell you how bad this went. I have made several phone calls to several different folks at power home solar, and everyone seems to understand and empathize, but no follow through. The salesperson, ******** I believe did tell us no interest the first year, and 1.5 % six months after that then only **** % for the rest of the loan. Very unprofessional and slow to react to scheduled appointments and then when a crew showed up, ***** year old kids who just wanted to play on their phone. I will not recommend them to my worst enemy.

No resolution for 4 months. Continue to try and work with the company, but they are slow to response. Action is slim to none and it seems they have issues communication between the company. I now have two room with no power after thier inspector from Power Home Solar came out and and made changes to the system. I was told an electrician was going to call, and no response. This company recently made a major (27-panel) solar installation at our home in North *******. The installation was very unprofessional, nothing like the nice photos on their website. They took over a month for a repair crew to come out and fix what they could (not all the mistakes were fixable). Their ******************* is disfunctional. People, even top executives, don't respond to emails.
