I have not one good thing to say about Power Home Solar! They are quick to take your money, but really slow to fix any problem that arises with their product. They are full of excuses as to why they can not fix it, but yet still take your money! EVERY MONTH! It is not a tax refund its a tax credit. We were told lies! This company is a lair and misleading,they promise you that you will get a 26%tax credit to use towards the cost of the panels,which in my case would have been ****** dollars of the ****** I spent.which makes it seem like a great deal and it would be if that wasnt a lie,what they dont tell you is the only way to get that money is if you owe the irs money it just will take off debt owed but no positive cash value,so now what was to be a 269 dollar a month payment is going up to 369 a month payment which is substantially more.... read more

The company failed to disclose key information about their services. The power wall (which needs to be installed outside in TN) will not charge if the temperature is under 40 degrees, and will not work at all below 30. This is about 1/3 of the year in TN. The panels themselves produce 1/10th of the power promised. The business is a scam and customer service takes anywhere from 48 to 96 hrs to respond.

Worst experience EVER,I'm looking to *** this company along with others, just joined a group of other victims seeking legal justice..The techs that installed my panels lied when they stated they didn't work on my houses electricity, causing my power to be out to being misinformed and taken advantage of on the solar tax credit as their has been a disgusting amount of reports this ******** has done... now there's channel 9 news out of indy covering all this.. I have had my system for over a year and they have been out to my home 16 times so far. to date the problems that I've had since installing have not been resolved nor has my system worked correctly from day one. I am continuously told the problem will be resolved but never has it been fixed. I am still paying exactly what I paid in electric costs I paid before installing my system but not I'm also paying for the system on top of my regular ****. the system hasn't saved me a dime

This is a shady company. It does not deserve an A+ rating from you.I was intending to become one of their customers. I searched for their ******** for Powerhome Solar. I could see many angry emojis and multiple comments listed. HOWEVER, whenever I clicked on the post to see the comments, none were visible. Not even when I pressed relevant comments, all comments. I had a salesman at my house from 2:00pm to 9:00pm. I was shocked at the price of *********. He kept telling not to look at that figure cause there was a tax credit of ******, and they were up fronting me 1 year payments @ ****** per month. He also said there was a ****** dollar rebate form salesman and he would add another ******* from his commission. Please do not use them!!! BEWARE!! Their installers are not professionals NOR ROOFERS. Having Powerhome Solar install solar panels on my home was the most expensive $60,000 MISTAKE I ever made. I had panels installed on a fairly new roof a couple months ago. After about a month I heard water dripping one night while in bed recovering from a severe case of covid.
