In March 2020, staff from power home solar came to our home to discuss their services. Very nice people, very trusting, so we thought. Powerhome solar is a company that's full of empty misleading promises and apparently have no intention of following up and fixing the problems. I paid Powerhome $109,000 between replacing my roof and a 26 panel solar system with batteries. The roof so far has been fine but the solar system is not as promised nor is powerhome service. We had a appointment for 2pm. They never showed. Called the call ceter at 3:15pm told them not to send anyone. At 4:40pm someone shows up takes photos of my animals and house. I have them on my security camera. They sat in my drve way until 5pm. This is creepy and dishonest. I live in ******** and will never deal with a company who's people are dishonest , dont do what they say they will, and invade a home like that. You dont take photos unless you ask. It's was a lie before the sale person walk out our door. We have no internet and don't plan on getting any. He told us the would not be a problem. Now almost two year later our panels are still not working because we do not have internet . They pretty much say not to call them back till we get internet . They are always messed up. Have not save anything. They got their money and now they just don't care.We thinking about taking them to court. Just wish this nightmare would go away.

I have had issues with my system since installed one year ago. Overall I think solar is a worthy expense, however the customer service I have received from ********************** Home is less than 2 stars. I have received the run around from their associates about my production of power. It has not shown significant savings on avg. over the past year. I was told I would save 50% on my ****. Power home keeps telling me it's the electric company and it's not. I've spent over $19000 still with no resolve and need to find an attorney to have them get their stuff out of my yard. It took almost a year to get everything installed, there was a leak in my roof. Since the installment my utilities have gone up. We were told that we would be paying at least half of what we were paying before the installation. They lost the inspection sticker or paperwork and it took almost a year after installation to have the utility company come out to change the electric meter. They are the worst company to get ahold of. Unless you want to be a customer. I've been in the process getting solar power from power home solar. It's been almost 8 month's now and it's still not working. I've called numerous time stare on hold for 1 hour still haven't talk to no one. Left a message 3 days ago no call back. Bot you call for new service answer on first ring. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. No wonder they offer money to get customers to recommend them.
