As you will see in the attached pictures our house has damage to it from you crew.*There are squares cut in our siding and left with no repair.*There are SEVERAL holes where the crew has drilled into our siding and now is a major eye sore.*They have left this large silver bracket that runs far past our battery box. Do not believe their lies. I would give a -10 if I could. We have been paying for power since November and it is doing nothing. We have never had a final inspection. This is the ************* we have ever worked with and we have built 3 houses. They have cancelled on us at least 10 times. They broke personal items, cut through field tiles when they trenched the line and laid the line under our area reserved for our sunroom that is to be built this week. This company lies about the money you will recieve from taxes to payoff your loan. You only get a tax credit so lower income families will never see the benefit.The power **** is not reduced you will owe for the power and the loan.No one will come service your unit. Runaround always no resolution

I've been lied to through the whole process. When I call to cancel they will not answer the phone will not call you back nor will they respond to a text or email. They installed the panels on my home with only my ***************** and I did not sign anything and told them I did not want theses panels on my roof. It's been 4 months now and I'm yet to talk to someone and the solar is still not hooked up. I have spent a total of 28 hours on the phone on hold in 4 months trying to get them to even talk to me.

******************AFTER VIEWING COMPLAINTS, I INFORMED POWER SOURSE I DECIDED TO CANCEL WITHIN 3 DAYS,AND WAS HASSELED BY THE BRANCH MANAGER BECAUSE I REQUESTED A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE.THE SALES REP SAID POWER HOME HAS AN "At"WITH BBB. WHAT'S THAT TELL YOU?

If I could give zero stars I would. This company takes full advantage of people. They make their sales rep lie about everything. Powehome ******** deletes their negative reviews to make it seem they are a 5 star company. Your DTE bills will sky rocket. The company neglects to tell you that it's a lien against your house. They take months to come to your house( that's if they dont cancel). This is the biggest regret in my life. You have to lay for high DTE bills on top of a loan payment. This is just my experience. I had a sales person come to my home. Totally unprofessional when we decided we didnt want to spend $200+ dollars for the next 25 years!!! I had to kick the person out because he became rude and aggressive. I went and found other reviews of the same thing. Then the manager called and instead of showing concern he tried to close me on what I didnt understand. I wouldnt recommend this company and someone should look into pricing.
