This is truly a scam, had pannels put on house and was told would have an average of a $75 monthly **** and that has been a big lie. I would like to know why power home solar wants a picture of the bottom of my router when I advised by my isp not to give it to them, when I can connect myself through my Wi-Fi. I also want to know why power home solar needs a copy of my home owners insurance with policy number? When I asked they said in case they need to make a claim. We take pictures of a Wi-Fi for two reasons; First, some of our customers prefer we set-up their Wi-Fi connection to their inverter. The other is to check for compatibility (older models may not work). We do not share this information.We take your insurance information because utility companies need this in order to connect your system to the grid. We do not share that information elsewhere.
Signed papers August 2021 February 2022 still no solar now saying loan has expired and I have to reapply with cosigner credits better now and didn't need co-sign then almost looks like a scam

I cancelled my agreement with Powerhome Solar two days from the signing of agreement. I had three days to cancel legally so I did. I am getting emails from PowerHome Solar wanting me to sign more papers and approve drawings etc. It is borderline harassment now. I get cooperation from one person then another person take over. This has been worst, powerhome over charged me . I was sold a 26 panel 9kwatt system for *****, when I was delivered the system I knew that powerhome were trying to rip me off. I tried to work something out. powerhome would not give me a fair deal. I wish I would gone with any other company.Now I am going to hire a lawyer to be treated fairly.If you would liked to be ripped off, deal with powerhome. look at all these issues with this company.
