I have owned their solar system for a year now, and it has broken down twice already. And right now, it's been down for more than three months since October 2021.

I had such a "nice" salesman who in fact didn't give me any details, just that my system would cost $70,000. I tried cancelling within the 3 day period allowed by law and Power Home would never say in writing that my order was cancelled. They put the solar system on my house the next day they ran my credit and said you're not approved so now they're suing me trying to put liens on my house. They give you rebate checks then add the money to the loan. How is that paying your electric for the year. A scam. Not a situation I want to be in. Hopefully I can get help and assistance. I would of never bought a solar panel system from these people. They talk a good game but cant back it up! Its been almost 2 months since we had our panels installed and cant get these guys to fix the internet connection to the inverter or get my EEP that was promised. You would think paying over 100k for this I would get better service! I would rather have them come back and take this stuff off my house!

This company has caused us so many hours of misery. Their customer service department consistently gives us the run around. We have had a malfunctioning part for more than a month. They failed to show up on our appointment day, after making us wait a month. Meanwhile they said they would compensate us because our solar panels have not been working since the part malfunctioned. They don't keep to their contract or their sales pitch of if your system is not operational and feeding back to the power company then they would make the payments. Also a dog was injured due to metal from the install being left in the yard, they said I will be reimbursed and at almost a year later and several phone calls still nothing from them.

I told the salesman I wanted a system that would supply enough electricity to run my entire house he assured me it would run my house and make extra power that would go back to the power company. He lied to me about the results I would get and rushed me through the electronic signing of the contract.
