Terrible company. I can't in good conscience, recommend them. I don't think that there was anything truthful said by the salesmen.We have had solar for about 1 year, and our electric bills are higher than last year. Called the company and was told that everything is working fine and there isn't anything more that they can do. 0 stars if possible. The only good thing about this company is the product they support. Those companies (generac and silfab) are good. As for these people, do not do business with them! If you so happen to work for them, your not gonna last long. They use the lower guys to fund the uppers. They will play nice the whole time and take what you make. We purchased the PowerHome solar package several months ago. The installation has seemingly cut our electric **** as promised. The salesman, and installing crew were excellent. However, when it comes to the office staff and support staff, the service is terrible. Besides cutting our electric **** the installation is supposed to provide backup power to critical areas in case of a power outage. We had a power outage, and the system did not engage. This company looks and acts like a fly by night (which I think they are). **************** is an incredible joke. As a disabled Veteran 100% disabled, and the money I've paid I shouldn't have to go outside in the could and troubleshoot their system that I have no tech experience. they said they would send out techs, which never showed for the appointment. Power Home Solar is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have poor communication contact time and reply. You have to contact they 20 times via phone or email to get a response. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where to start. My "project manager" **** is the worst. He tells me "don't hesitate to ask any questions" but yet when I ask the questions, he never has the answers. He was useless the entire process. Trying for month to try and get our system working correctly..... The customer solution line is so nice...... then no help at all days for a response. Make an appointment then cancel for two more weeks. All that money for what?? the loan company's doing business with them should stop... they get their money and wipe their hands!!
