Our Service Advisor Noel Estrada is the BEST! We drive accross town to work with Noel! He is always honest and provides the best customer service each and every time. The service he and his staff provides is always the best quality service and because of that my family always knows we can trust his recommendations when it comes to the service on our cars. It's pretty amazing when our cars are not Nissans, but we still take them to this location to be serviced because of Noel and his team!
I wanted to trade in a new motorcycle. I felf Gabe worked hard to get me a fail price on the motorcycle as well as a good price on the new Xterra I purchased. Gabe was very patient, informative and friendly. The financing lady was brand new and whe did a good job also.
My service person, Noel, listened to my concerns regarding my car and delivered excellent service. He gave me answers to my questions and lined up my appointments with the arrival of the parts. He followed through on my needs and was very thorough and professional. Everytime I have gone to this person he has provided me with great service and did what he could to minimize the costs. I would highly recommend him and Pinnacle Nissan for your car's needs.
David and Jeremy were very professional and took such good care of me. I would highly recomend them to my clients and friends.Buying a new vehicle is such a big decision and can be very intimidating,with their help it made it pleasent and non stressful.
I walked into Pinnacle Nissan yesterday just to check out a few cars not even intending on buying that same day. Gabriel introduced himself and we took a car for a test drive. He was not your average pushy salesperson and I felt comfortable right away. Gabriel worked hard to find the right car for me and I am very pleased with the level of service he provided. I would recommend him highly.
Gabriel was very helpful from the start. He told me my 18 year old daughter was a young lady with no credit history therefore she would be penalized with her interest rate and I didn't believe him and I went to the bank with her at the bank she banks at and they wouldn't give her a car loan even though she has banked there for a few years and had run a nice sum of money through her account. I was very pleasantly surprised in my New Car buying experience at Pinnacle Nissan. Eric Steffe and Brad DeVore were Fantastic. They were friendly, informative and very helpful. I like their style. They were not pushy and I appreciated that. I did my shopping on the internet and even got my trade in value on the internet and they honored those prices. I have nothing but good things to say. I highly reccomend this dealer.
I was dreading having to go to the dealership. Who doesn't right. Well by the time the deal was done i didn't want to leave. Eric Steffers and Tori Walton were so nice, and funny. No pushy sales people here. Tori listened to what my needs were and showed me what was in my price range and fit my needs. In the past, buying a car has ALWAYS been a negative experience!! Until now!!! Pinnacle Nissan staff members were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful!!
